Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the GOGIYA Korean BBQ Restaurant website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Reservations

When making a reservation through our website, the following conditions apply:

Reservations are confirmed via phone or email
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reservation time
Groups of 8 or more require a deposit

Teppanyaki Experience

The Teppanyaki table (a live show by our chef) is booked separately and has its own conditions:

The table is booked at least 24 hours in advance
Each guest selects the dishes in advance when booking — the chef buys and prepares exactly what was chosen
The price is 1,200 MDL per guest and includes a dessert of your choice
Any change to the booking or to the selected dishes should be agreed by phone as early as possible

Restaurant Policies

Guests are expected to follow our restaurant policies:

Smart casual dress code
Respectful conduct towards staff and other guests
Children must be supervised at all times
Only service animals are permitted

Payment

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and mobile payments. Prices are displayed in Moldovan Lei (MDL) and include VAT. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.

Limitation of Liability

GOGIYA is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests with food allergies should inform our staff before ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
